I can log in on my Windows 10 Desktop, but I cannot log into the App on my Apple phone using the same password.

I would recommend opening a Support request so that we can take a closer look. But on iOS in particular, the intermediary browser can present issues if you aren't allowing cookies. Go to the settings on Safari and ensure that Private Mode is switched off for that issue to be prevented. If that still continues to fail, please open that Support case, or post a screenshot here of the error occurring so we have a clearer idea of what could happening.
