How to use Microsoft account on Opsgenie Android app

Hello,
I'm new to Opsgenie (as included in Jira Service Management Cloud). I need to login into Opsgenie app on Android app. The problem I have is about the login with microsoft account. When I try to login in opsgenie app, after inserting my company username, I've no choice for authentication through Microsoft identity provider. How can I login using microsoft account in Opsgenie app?

P.s  I've the same problem when trying to switch to Opsgenie app from within Jira app (in which I'm already logged in)...it seems SSO is not enabled between the two apps.

Justin here, from Opsgenie support - happy to help!

When using the Opsgenie account that is bundled/connected with your JSM subscription, it *should* follow the same login flow as JSM itself - so if you have Atlassian Access and SSO set up for JSM, it should be set for Opsgenie as well. There are some situations where this may not be the case, though - and it may come down to the configuration of Atlassian Access and SSO within your Atlassian admin panel.

What I would recommend at this point is to open up a support ticket with us at https://support.atlassian.com, and we can gather some additional information on your specific account/s and assist in determining what changes may need to be made to get SSO for Opsgenie working as expected.
