How do I restrict the User roll?

When a new user is given a JSM license they are also given access to Opsgenie as a user. That gives them access to schedules and the phone numbers of the people on-call.

I created a custom roll with all security removed and it works, but I would like that to be set as default for new users or reduce what the default User roll can see.

Where do I set this up?

This may be a better question to ask via a support ticket, as this will depend on your specific Opsgenie account, and if it's a JSM-Opsgenie account, or a standalone Opsgenie account. You can submit a ticket with us via support.atlassian.com
