Anyone know how to see alerts by team for the last 3 months - I can only see current month

Depending on your plan, you should be able to run a report in the Analytics tab. You can select the team here:
Then within Alert Analytics report, select over the last 3 months within the filter:
Once this has been run, you can download the total number of alerts:
Otherwise, in the Alerts dash, run a search query on the team and date range of the alerts you need with something like:
responders: "your_team_names" AND createdAt>DD-MM-YYYY
