Alert acknowledge with Apple Watch not working.

I have OpsGenie iOS app in my iPhone and I also use an Apple Watch. I haven't installed the OpsGenie watchOS app. Alert notifications show up perfect on my watch and I can even hit the ack button there but that is not reaching OpsGenie.

Is anyone else going through this?

An update on this. Ack's weren't getting in because I'm getting the "Couldn't login" error message in iOS.

After opening the app, ack's got back to genie.

Interesting... I have the same issue that "ACK" is not synced to Opsgenie via the phone, I have to ack it in the phone app directly. It used to work before using an older phone. Since I got my new phone this stopped working and it doesn't have to do anything with not being logged in.
