We are facing hurdle to install and setting Atlassian on AWS under Community Licenses ?

Would anyone advise us how to install and setting Atlassian on AWS under Community Licenses using the cheapest cloud server of AWS ?

Where are you stuck?

The licence type has no effect on where or how you install any Atlassian servers or data-centre nodes - you install them on your servers and then apply a licence that just lets people use them.

If it's just that you don't know how to do an install on AWS, try https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver085/getting-started-with-jira-data-center-on-aws-981154742.html for starting with a Jira install.  You'll find the other Atlassian applications are pretty similar in terms of installing.
