Hello,
I am preparing documentation for my company's software using Confluence Cloud. I need some help in setting up user access.
Read-only access needs to be given out to several individuals outside the company. They should'nt be able to distribute the content however.
Rather than creating users, which would ultimately complete the allocated number of users, is there any other way to do this? (We have activated the standard plan)
I tried giving annonymous access but I don't need anyone with the link to the space, viewing it.
Hope I made myself clear. Appreciate if someone could help me with this.
Cheers.
Hi @Shannon Nicholas ,
This article might help you: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/setting-up-public-access-156.html
If you only share this with a few clients or partners, I would recommend giviving up a few licenses and create them an account, create a group and add the group into the space permissions, if you want your information on the space to remain private. In this way the space and its content it can only be viewed by people who login.
