Hi to all! We are currently working to improve our Time in Status for Jira Cloud by adding API, and we want to know your opinion about it.
Do you use API which is available in Jira or third-party add-ons?
How easy is it for you to understand the API settings? Can you get the right report yourself, or do you constantly involve a developer?
In our view, the API request should be built easily, without researching and studying a large amount of documentation and involving additional people.
For example, you create a report, and to get the same thing you see on the plugin page only in a JSON format you need to click one button to get a ready REST API request (without build request options by yourself)
What do you think about it? Will it be useful to you?
Hi! @Omer Aziz Yes, it's already available in Time in Status for the Jira Cloud add-on.
The JSON Data Feed Link gives you the ability to analyze the required reports in third-party analytics systems in detail, share reports with others, and use them in other apps.
