What error do you see when you create them?

I'd also check...

Where you are creating the issues; for example, are you creating them on a board but also have a backlog, where they might be visible instead?
Do you have any filters applied to the board?

But issue was it's a scrum board and we observed that we have to start specific sprint then only it will appear on board
