how to add custom field 'acceptance criteria' between Description and attachment in JIRA

I have added Acceptance criteria field in JIRA. while creating the JIRA issue I  could see acceptance criteria field between the Description and attachment. But after creating the issue acceptance criteria field moved above the description field as shown in the below screen.

This is not yet implemented ,please refer [JSWCLOUD-17999] Allow the customization of the Description Area on Next-gen - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
