Hi @Pavan Kumar Jakkula ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community !!

To change the status colour, please follow the below steps.

  1. Go to Jira Settings > Issues > Statuses (on the left-hand menu)
  2. Press Edit next to the status you want to change the category for
  3. Change the Category and press Save.

Note: If you change the colour of status or category of status it will change on all workflows where this status is used.

Regards,
Mayur

Hi @Pavan Kumar Jakkula , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. It is not possible to change the colours in cloud with the standard configuration. I couldn't even see a way to do it in a team-managed project. There seem to be some apps for these but not with great reviews so I think this is not going to be very feasible. Sorry!
