We wanted to give permissions to user only to JIRA software and not to other products like JIRA service desk etc . How do we do that ?
are you familiar with the overall concept of "product access" in Jira Cloud? Maybe first go through this piece of the official documentation Update product access settings and if you need further assistance ask again. When it comes to Jira Service Desk do you mean "no access" at all? Like not even as a "customer" or as an agent or collaborator in a Service Desk project?
