Hi all
I need a rule that reload the page of a client (reporter). When the status is "Awaiting for customer" and when the customer write a comment, I want the status to become "Awaiting for support".
This automation works, but the front-end page doesn't refresh the page, also the end-user continues to see "Awaiting for customer".
I tried to use "Re-fetch issue data" action but "this action does not reload the issue in the browser for end-users".
Is there a solution to reload the issue in the browser for end-users ?

@Admin key4, no. There is no way to force a reload for the customer after they provide a comment. It should send them an email update though.
