How to close ticket automatically after certain time?

Hi,

If we have same repetitive JIRA requests that we get on daily basis, and we work on them which hardly takes 2 mins ( it is recommended to work on it manually).

We work on it and then close the ticket manually and then close that tickets with same comment or we enter a statement in close text box and hit the close button.

I really need to automate this task as it is consuming so much time and it could save many hours if we calculate on the basis of day or month.

I would really appreciate if someone can help.
