How does Jira Agile calculate the days in a sprint?

I have a sprint that has the following dates:

    Start date: 5/Nov/15 12:00 AM

    End date: 19/Nov/15 11:59 PM

When I start the sprint, it says that the sprint has 10 working days even though the dates encompass 11 working days. Does it not count the final day? It looks like this has something to do with the time since if the times were the same, then 10 working days would be correct. Can anyone offer a definitive explanation?

The only non-working days are the weekends. It really looks like it doesn't account for the time portion of the date. So, Tuesday->Wednesday is counted as one day even if Tuesday 12:00 am -> Wednesday 11:59 pm is two days (minus 1 minute). Or maybe since 12:00 am to 11:59 is less than one day, it's not counted.

Can you check your Board's Configuration if there is a non working day applied?
