Fatal error duting import CSV with multiple lines

Hi all,

I'm migrating to Jira from another task manager and want to load historical data. Only one thing i cannot solve - how to load Description with several new lines inside (without it -everything fine). I have over 5k+ tasks and it's impossible to change manually such amount.

I already made some research and tested several solutions, starting from specs to the forums. Nothing on below seems to be worked for me:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/importing-data-from-csv-861253680.html

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-46365

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-65671

My file looks like:

Summary,Description
Import test, "This is on \\ a new line"

OR

Summary,Description
Import test, "This is on

a new line"

Validation is correct as jira says, but then shows fatal error.
