Email formatting issue for trial

Hi @Jack Brickey All the mails received in Gmail are formatted properly.  Only from atlassian I see this issue

I am not experiencing this, but not receiving that specific email either. You might try a different browser just to rule that out. In any event this isn't a Jira product issue. You can also open a request with Atlassian.

I agree with Mr. Brickey.

Can you try to forward any problematic email to some other team member or some other of your emails to check if is the same situation?

If you use any browser extensions that can be the cause for issues.
