An error occurred while running the action executor jira in kibana

We are trying to send alerts from kibana to our Jira .. We created a preconfigured jira connector with all needed parameters , but we are receiving the attached error every time we try to test in kibana side .
And this is waht we see in kibana logs :

"message":"action execution failure: .jira:my-jira: preconfigured-jira-connector: an error occurred while running the action executor: [Action][Jira]: Unable to get capabilities. Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND jiradev.hlag.com. Reason: unknown: errorResponse was null"}

Hi @Abir Mahfoudhi welcome to the community.  Are you using Jira Server DC or Cloud?

Hello. I'm facing a similar issue. Using Jira Cloud:

[Action][Jira]: Unable to get capabilities. Error: Request failed with status code 404. Reason: unknown: errorResponse.errors was null

Could someone help?
