workflow config value missing

Got this error when doing Jira cloud migration ct-export The workflow: [Field Investigation Work Flow] transition: [QA/RA Approval] is missing config [contextHandling] for workflow rule validator [FieldsRequiredValidator]. Double-check the workflow rule for missing config values or references.

I have tried to validate that before , can you please help me how to valdate the workflow config value missing also I am getting heap size low memory what is that where can i increase the size ?
