What kind of reports are you looking for?

In Jira there is a native time tracking report within a project which you can use straight away.

If you explain a bit more about your requirements then we can suggest how to generate the reports you are looking for.

1. Iam looking for the automatic time tracking option in Jira

2. I want to pull the team members' performance report by giving dates on weekly basis.
