I have problem with Jira Server. We have one shared mailbox from Outlook 365. Recently we changed the password for this mailbox. We change it in Jira, however none of incoming mails we get. Sending mails from Jira looks fine.
Our setup for incoming mails:
Name - email@example.com
Description - firstname.lastname@example.org
Protocol - SECURE_IMAP
Host Name - outlook.office365.com
POP / IMAP Port - 993
Timeout - 10000
Username - email@example.com
