How to label issues that came from the same form

Issues generated by form submissions don't seem to show what form they came from. I need to be able to filter/aggregate everything that came from a specific form.

I would love to either have a field that links to the original form, or a hidden label field that I can prepopulate. It seems a pain to have to create a whole new custom field just to be able to keep track of this.

In the settings for your form, you are allowed to choose which request type you can link it to. And then you can search for all write a JQL for the filter as ["Request Type" = "Desired Form"]
