Actually, my goal is to write a program and talk to this program with Jira's minimum record creation components, for example:
PKey to pkey, issuetype to issuetype, description to description and any costumfield... I want to make it sound like this.
However, when I log in to Jira's jiratutorial.atlassian.net web pages I get blocked from access. This is the point I want to ask, who gives the access permission here?
