When checking Jira board/active sprint, menu is not displayed normally

jira server is in use.
If you check Agile board/kanban board/Active Sprint when the structure is enabled after the latest 8.5.1 update, the menu is not displayed normally.

As shown in the screenshot below, the sidebar is not displayed, and when the top menu is clicked, the lower menu does not appear.

Can you help with this?

From your description, it looks like this is happening after a Jira upgrade?

1. Have you checked if your Jira is running on the supported platform?
2. Have you verified if all the installed apps are running on the latest compatible version?
3. Try enabling Safe Mode to make sure this has nothing to do with any installed apps.
4. Try a different browser or Incognito/Private mode to make sure this has nothing to do with the browser extension or cache.

i already solved this problem.

It was caused by the JIRA Suite Utilities add-on.
