Updating License Key

I've perches a 10 users license for an on-premise server that we have.

we worked for 26 days using trail.

i'm uploading it and get the error: "license is not for selected product"

what is the problem? how do i solve it?

It sounds like you've got the wrong licence.  Go to your my.atlassian.com account and check what it says you have bought.  Is it Jira Software, Jira Core or Jira Service Desk?  What application(s) have you got installed?
