One of my user not receive notification from Jira

Hi all, 

Wanna share some issue I have this week. 
One of my user cannot receive Jira notification to email, The chronology is like this:

  1.  Month ago I setup email
  2. I Create Jira account
  3. User accept the invitation, everything OK
  4. This week, I accidentally delete the email account
  5. I restore the email account
  6. User not receive Jira notification again until now

Could I know the issue?
Is it same issue like here, and I need Atlassian team to check are the email for suppression list.

Hi Yocki - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You should submit a support ticket to Atlassian to see if the email was added to the blacklist for some reason (but I suspect it was).
