One of my user cannot receive Jira notification to email, The chronology is like this:
Could I know the issue?
Is it same issue like here, and I need Atlassian team to check are the email for suppression list.

You should submit a support ticket to Atlassian to see if the email was added to the blacklist for some reason (but I suspect it was).
