No longer able to change status (via drag and drop) of ca

For some reason, myself (project admin) and others can no longer change the status of items.  We have always dragged and dropped from one column/status to the other but now it just snaps back to where it was originally.

I've checked the workflow and it still shows you can move from dev to testing and vice versa.  The last any of us moved anything was Dec 16 with our most recent deploy, moving several cards to retirement and done. Myself and others were able to move items from Dev to Testing Dec 15 with no trouble.

I have not knowingly changed anything recently.  Both pipelines (pre-work and development) seem to be affected.

Appreciate any info you may have.  Of course this happens when most in the know are off for the holidays and google hasn't been much help.

Welcome to the community.

Have you used the Permissions Helper to double check that you have permissions to Transition Issues?

Have you double checked the Conditions of those transition paths to make sure there is no Condition that is failing to be met?

Are you using Jira Server or Jira Data Center? What version are you using?

I and others had permissions prior and nothing had changed as mentioned initially.  For some reason, everything started working again the next day, thank goodness!
