Lost 24 Character Emergency Recovery Key

I am trying to log into my account on Trello but it is asking for a verification code.  I have these in the app on my phone but they are not working.  It says it is an incorrect verification code.  if I select can't use phone it askes for the 24 Character Emergency Recovery Key but I do not know what this is.  Reading on your questions and answers it says to select Send recovery email but I do not have this option.  Can you help me reset my 24 Character Emergency Recovery Key?
