Jira Software Boards connection with Work Management Boards

I have notived that I can connect a jira software board to jira work management boards. When i create an issue in Jira work management board it appears on Jira software board, but when I create an issue in jira software, it doesn't appear in the jira work management board. Is there a direct way i can create issues in jira woftware and make them appear in jira work management board?

The short answer is no. Boards in JWM are project specific and you cannot change the filter that the board is using. In JSW the filter for the board can be changed and that is why you can have issues on it that are from different projects.
