Is it possible to see who ended a sprint

We have an "open installation" where everybody kan do everything... :-|

Hey there, Tom.

There is no way of keeping track who ends the Sprint apart from the access log (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/User+access+logging). That's the only way to keep track of the actions that are executed by a user.
