How to get test step details from test case Id using ZAPI?

Hi,

When i try to access the test step details from the test case using the below url, it is giving null value. Is there any other APIs to fetch the test step details from test cases in a project?

https://<jira_url>/rest/zapi/latest/teststep/{issueId}
