How to Create Queue Number on JIRA?

Hi, I currently plan to create Queue Number on our JIRA with some adjustment and content inside:

• 001/ABC/XXX/2023
• 002/DER/XXX/2023

So the content is:

• - 001, 002 : Running Number
• - ABC, DER : Get from another field
• - XXX: Fix Value
• - 2023: Year

Is Queue Number a custom field you have created?

Are you trying to fill that number in automatically?

You mentioned that the second part (ABC, DER) comes from another field. Where are the other parts coming from?
