Error : Missing copy scope in issue under template Epic

I have an Epic issue template with a set of Story templates. When I create an issue in a project using this template I get this error on the event log. I have set up Set Of Fields 

I'm not sure what am I missing. Any idea what I might be missing. Let me know if I need to provide more information. 

 

Note: I have this working on a server instance, this is for DC. Still comparing my configuration if I missed anything...
