Creating new ticket using the description of another (with automation) fails to load images Edited

We have automation setup to create new tickets using the summary and description of tickets in another board, however these new tickets do not load the images that were in the original ticket.
I had a look in the 'Choose fields to set' option in the automation rule to see if there was an option for 'Attachments' but there was not.
I have tried other browsers too incase that was the issue but that also didn't help.

I know there is a known bug with copying comments with automation not loading the images, would this fall under that bug as well?
And are there any workarounds other than manually copying across the images?

Hi @ben

Yes, that is the same issue.  The images are first added as attachments and then shown in the field.  There are several open suggestions for automation to add the ability to copy attachments:

I do not believe there are any work-arounds at this time.

Best regards,

Bill
