Can't get an email notifications by tasks

Hello everyone!

I'm reaching out to you with an issue I've been experiencing regarding the delivery of email notifications for tasks in which I'm involved or tagged.

For the past few weeks, I've noticed that I'm not receiving email notifications about events related to tasks I'm participating in. This is causing difficulties in promptly responding to updates and changes in the project.

I've checked the notification settings in my account and ensured that all necessary options are activated. However, despite this, notifications still aren't coming through.

It would be great if someone could help me understand this issue. Perhaps there have been some changes in the configuration or known issues with notification delivery that I'm unaware of?

I would appreciate any assistance or advice on this matter.

Hi @Farrukh Abdujabborov 

I found that there was a suppression on your email account.  I have cleared this from our side.  This tends to happen when one of our systems received a bounce message from your SMTP server.  While I can't see the exact bounce of when that happened, should this happen again, please let us know right away and we should be able to take a closer look as to the specific SMTP message.
