i have to installed jira softwate and agile version 6.4 to server and i want to installing new version of jira 8.1 to ubuntu 18.04 . i am trying to downloading binary but it is giving me error access denied. i want to upgrade so how can i upgrade it.

An "access denied" message for a Jira download is something on your network blocking it.  I don't get any such message when trying to download the current one or one of the older ones.

You'll need to look at your network and security settings
