Hi Team ,
when you go to edit a ticket that already has the Product Line/Component field populated, it's reverted back to a None value. This should not be happening and the values that have already been populated in the view screen should hold the same values be kept in the Edit Screen of the ticket.it is for some of the old tickets.
Could someone please investigate and fix this issue? i have raised one query regarding this already but we dint got any proper reply can u please solve this for us as soon as possible.
