Below these docs, we try to use Round-robin's assigned agent to work.
Operations:
1. use Role to Round-robin
2. Every week add one agent to Role and reduce one agent from Role
3. Role has too many agents on there.
Question:
1. When I add/reduce Role, the Round-robin restart robin or continue the last robin?
2. How to use Round-robin to keep fair every agent working?
@Zhongshu Li Round robin will never be able to meet this need. It has no way of determining the difficulty of an issue, etc. I would suggest changing your process and having agents pick up issues. In this process, you just have an unassigned queue that agents monitor and claim issues that they will work on. This is a much better way than agents waiting to have issues assigned.
