Problem creating email request with office 365

Hi, good afternoon.
I've been having trouble while trying to set up the ticket creation down on my JSM portal, from a mail.
I attached the error image here.
We can enter the mail, but it does not receive nor send any mails.

Please, I need your help urgently.
