How to set email request automation rule to filter by email address of receiver.

Hi All,

 

I have set automation rule from link below to filter by email address of receiver.

Project Settings - Customer Notifications - Add custom rules in Automation >>

 

Email  of receiver is auto forwarded to another email address that registered in JIRA in Project Settings - Email Request. For example, email receiver is customerservice@abc.com and forwarded to center@abc.com.

 

The rule I put in IF block is "Request participants" in ("customerservice@abc.com").

The issue is not all email send to receiver will be created as Issue in JIRA. And only email sent by domain abc.com will be received but not from other domain.

Please help me if anyone know how to solve this problem.
