I have some issues which are closed but without a resolution.
Is it possible to add a resolution (maybe with automation) ?

But the problem is that issues are from customers (from a service portal) and so I'm looking for a solution "not visible" for my customers.
Do you think if I add a temporary transition, my customers will see the update ?
