Currently, it is not possible to change the connected Jira issues filter on the Object View screen for JSM/Insight Cloud. Please feel free to suggest the feature via our portal https://jira.atlassian.com/

For Example: We are adding issues against assets. Do you have any idea How to get the history of issues against an asset?

Looking at an Object should show the whole history in all aspects.
