Free Apps from marketplace that allow adding custom fields to JSM customer request list in portal

Hello,

I need to add some custom fields to the customer request list in the JSM portal. Because this is not an option out of the box (good job Atlassian) I was wondering if there is a free marketplace app that would solve this problem?

Also if anyone knows of a workaround for this please share.

Thank you!

Hi @Danilo Simic ,

There is no API to the request list view, hence it is not possible to create an app for it.

Hi @Danilo Simic ,

We do have couple of plugins to show more fields on customer portal request view but not in List view though. if you are interested still,

1. Free App: Extended JSM Portal - FREE | Atlassian Marketplace

  >> this app allows you to configure fields you want to render them in request type

2. Paid App: Extended JSM Portal - PRO | Atlassian Marketplace
  >> this app allows you to configure fields to render for EACH request type. And you can allow your customers to edit them(you can decide which field to be editable) also you can restrict who can edit the request

Regards,

Leo

Hi @Danilo Simic ,

Our app Advanced Portal Reports will let you do that. It is free for up to 10 users.

Cheers,

Elitsa

This will show you what you want, but it is not the same list.
