Email replies are grouped instead of adding as a comment

I trialling the version of Service desk, and I have a doubt about the emails replies because sometimes they are grouped instead of being added as a single comment.

For example:

I would that all replies to be kept in the following format:

But sometimes, the replies appear like this:
