Custom reports show 0.0% when there is no tickets, should it not show N/A or 100%

"Was setting up some reports with resolution % met and response % met and realise that for months when there is no tickets, it is showing as 0.0%, can I make it show N/A instead?

Hi Kevin welcome to the Community. I can understand why you might expect that but in fact 0 is correct and as designed. There is no way to change this.

Thanks for the clarification. In the case where there is 4 tickets that do not meet resolution or response, would it also show as 0.0% or something else?
