Automatic Assignee of new tickets to team On-Call

Hi,

We have our Team and Schedule set up in Opsgenie, and the schedule reflects in the On-Call section in Jira Service Management.

We have 3 On-Call shifts per day and a group of people working within those shifts.

Is it possible to set up Assignee automation so that new tickets are assigned to a person On Call, either random or based on balanced workload?
