What's new in Jira Service Management Server & Data Center 4.22

Hi Community! Emily here from Atlassian's ITSM team with the latest from our most recent release, Jira Service Management Server and Data Center 4.22.

In this release, we are excited to ship new features and improvements including:

Multiple email channels: You can now configure as many dedicated email channels as you need for better communication with customers. Their emails will turn into requests or comments, personalizing and speeding up the process. Learn more.

New SLA configuration interface: We’ve introduced a brand new SLA configuration interface so that all settings related to SLAs live in the same space for easier management and monitoring. Learn more.

Auto-populated request fields: You can now generate URLs that will automatically populate selected request fields. This will save customers time from filling everything out from scratch and allow you to bring outside contextual data into Jira Service Management. Learn more.

More data points to get a snapshot of your service team’s work: The data pipeline now exports approvals, canned responses, and knowledge base articles.
