Just wondering if we can make a field that must have a unique number compared to other issues with the same field.
The use case is that we are planning to use JIRA in addition to our secure ticketing system. Each of our incidents in the for ticketing system has a unique ID and it would be nice to prevent duplicates in the JIRA system.
