How to search for an attached file with a particular extension?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Advanced searching - fields reference

I would like to find a bug that I posted which has a file with a particular extension.  I know I ULed it to the DB, but I can't remember where it is.

The extension of the file is not that relivant other than it isn't common.  So, assuming that the extension was .tree, this is what I have tried:

text ~ "\".tree\""

Which didn't work.  Is there a query that would do as I am asking?

Search based on attachments name is not available by default but you can find a plugin for this. I believe this one supports issue in havingAttachments("type:pdf").
