Error page While creating a plugin for Jira.

I was trying to create a plugin for Jira and followed the steps given on the create-a-HelloWorld-plugin-project
But then when I navigate to the http://localhost:2990/jira it directly takes me to http://localhost:2990/jira/secure/errors.jsp that looks like below. Please help how to get the below-listed plugins enabled so that Jira starts properly.
